David Scatchard was all in preflop with Massimiliano Martinez after the two got three bets in. The hands were opened, and Scatchard's was ahead of Martinez's .
The flop propelled Martinez into the lead however, and he held onto it as the turn and river came , respectively.
Scatchard is eliminated from the tournament, while Martinez is up above the century mark.
When we reached Shannon Shorr's table, he was all in with the board reading . Jeffrey Neeman opened for a pair of tens, Shorr and Matt Schreiber both mucked, and Neeman shipped the pot.
Shorr isn't the only person who's exited recently; Ravi Shankar's seat is empty, signifying that he too is busto.

Tadros:
Nassif:

If there is one table in the Blue Section of the Amazon Room that's having fun, it's without a doubt Table 278.
In one particular hand, James "Croll" Carroll raised from early position, Darren Woods put in three bets near the button, and Carroll called. The two checked the flop (), and the turn (), and Carroll checked a third time after a fourth spade - the ironically - fell on the river. Woods tossed out a bet, Carroll immediately check-raised, and Woods folded.
Carroll opened up for air - to the delight of everyone at the table, including Woods - and shipped the pot.
"If I had the ," Jesse Chinni said through laughter. "I would've called so fast."

"Do you have an ace?" Carroll said showing two kings.
Chinni didn't respond, rather he opened for a set of nines.
We don't know the action before the flop, but what we do know is there had to have been a lot of betting, because we saw a lot of chips already in the middle.
On a flop of Sam Grizzle called a bet from his opponent Michele Limongi. Limongi attempted to continue his aggression on the turn and bet out only to find himself being raised by Grizzle.
Limongi sat in silence for a good couple of minutes contemplating what it was he wanted to do before Matt Matros called the clock on him. The floor was called over and Limongi had a minute to act before his hand would be force folded. After about 30 seconds Limongi folded.
After Limongi mucked, he asked Grizzle to show the table the bluff to which Grizzle responded "you know I never bluff".
On a flop of Jay Pinkussohn checked in the small blind and allowed Vladimir Shchemelev to bet in the big. Pinkussohn made the call and then checked the turn. Shchemelev bet yet again, but this time Pinkussohn check-raised. Back and forth it went until Shchemelev was all in and at risk.
Shchemelev:
Pinkussohn:
Shchemelev had two pair but was still behind the set of Pinkussohn. In order to survive, Shchemelev needed to catch either an ace or queen on the river. Unfortunately for him, the peeled off. Shchemelev was eliminated from the tournament in 33rd place ($4,743).
Massimiliano Martinez raised under the gun only to have Paul Rubin three-bet from the cutoff. William Kakon then four-bet from the button, Joe Gualtieri called from the small blind, and the other two raises came along for the ride. Action checked to Rubin and he put out a bet, which Kakon quickly raised.
Gualtieri folded, after a clock had been called on him, as did Martinez. A call would cost Rubin the rest of his chips, and that is exactly what he did.
Kakov:
Rubin:
Rubin was out in front with a flopped set and in great shape to more than double. The brought him one step closer, but the on the river quickly shattered his WSOP dreams. Kakon scooped the pot as Rubin was eliminated in 34th place ($4,743).
We found James Caroll at his table raising preflop from early position. Andrey Zaichenko called the raise and both players were given a flop of . Carroll bet out and was quickly called by Zaichenko.
Zaichenko jumped at the chance to put some pressure on his opponent and bet out on the turn. Carroll called and the river was flipped over, where again Zaichenko bet and was summarily raised by Carroll.
After a few moments of consideration Andrey folded.
