Frickerolled

Livello 16

Razz

Daniel Alaei: (X)(X) / {k-}{7-}{10-}
Jimmy Fricke: (X)(X) / {9-}{8-}{10-}{5-} / (X)
Andrey Zaichenko: (X)(X) / {4-}{k-}{5-}{8-} / (X)

Daniel Alaei had the bring in, and Jimmy Fricke called with a nine. Andrey Zaichenko completed with a four showing, and both Alaei and Fricke called. Fricke bet fourth when Zaichenko caught a king, and everyone called. Zaichenko took over the betting after Fricke checked on fifth. Alaie got out of the way, and Fricke called. He check-called again on sixth, and checked one more time after the last cards were dealt. This time when Zaichenko bet, Fricke check-raised him. Zaichenko paid to see Fricke's {8-}{5-}{4-}{2-}{a-}. With {6-}{3-} in the hole, Zaichenko caught a {10-} on seventh and was stuck with a second-best {8-}{6-}{5-}{4-}{3-}.

Fricke stacked 250,000, dropping Zaichenko to 200,000.

Allemann Crippled by Wong

Livello 16

Hold'em

With the board reading {7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} both Anton Allemann and Fu Wong committed four bets as the {8-Hearts} completed the board on the river.

Allemann bet and Wong called with his {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts} to best the pocket kings of Allemann.

As Wong moves to 300,000, Allemann slips to just 5,000 in chips.

Negreanu's Rough Series Continues

Livello 16
Daniel Negreanu - gone
Daniel Negreanu - gone

Omaha-8

Daniel Negreanu raised on the button, and Chris Klodnicki defended his big blind. Klodnicki checked the {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop to Negreanu, who bet while almost singing, "betting, betting, betting." Klodnicki called to see the {j-Diamonds} turn and checked again. This time when Negreanu bet, Klodnicki raised. Uhoh.

"Ahhh, why, why, why?!?" Negreanu moaned. "I hate poker sometimes!" He kept talking to himself while playing with the few chips he had left. "Wait a minute. Wait a minute. You don't have to have all that straight stuff yet." Negreanu finally put all his chips in the middle, raising for less than a full bet. Klodnicki called, and Negreanu was right. He didn't have a straight. Klodnicki was still in the lead with {j-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts} for two pair and the best low draw.

"At least I still have outs," Negreanu said, asking the dealer to make the river a good one for his {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. He needed a king, ten, or deuce for the high half or a four for the low. Instead the {a-Diamonds} on the river gave the whole pot to Klodnicki. Negreanu tapped the table and rushed off to his stack in the $2,500 PLO/PLH event across the hall.

Perfect River For Vaswani

Ram Vaswani raised on the button preflop and was re-raised by Eric Conti in the small blind. Vaswani called and the two saw a flop.

The flop came {3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs} Conti bet, Vaswani raised, and Conti called.

The turn came {6-Diamonds} Conti bet, Vaswani raised, and Conti re-raised all in with Vaswani calling.

Vaswani: {j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Conti: {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}

The river came {5-Hearts} which gave Vaswani a six high straight and the nut low to scoop the pot and send Conti to the rail. After the hand, Vaswani is up to 315,000 and is sitting near the top of our chip counts
