The Final Table is Set, Lykov Leads the Way
It was an action packed Day 3 here in the Amazon Room. 44 players took to the felt today but only nine remain in the hunt for the 54th gold bracelet of this year's WSOP. Play halted right at the end of Level 26 when [Removed:415] was eliminated in 10th place.
Our chipleader is none other than Maxim Lykov who had a rollercoaster of a day with his stack dipping to as low as 250,000 at one point. He will start the final table tomorrow having a huge chip advantage with 3,875,000 in chips. Second in chips is Dror Michaelo who finished the day with 1,980,000, nearly 2 million less than Lykov.
Our short stacks will be Ren Ho Zhang with 785,000 and Stanislav Alekhin with 820,000.
The official final table will begin play tomorrow at 2:30pm PST and make sure to stick with PokerNews for all your WSOP updates!
