After ten levels of action at Paris and Horseshoe Las Vegas, Day 2 has been completed in Event #61: $2,500 Mixed: Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better; Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better (8-Handed). The day started with 187 players and is down to the final 21 players. The man on top of the leaderboard is David Williams, who managed to bag 1,890,000 chips at the end of the night.
Williams, the bracelet winner and World Series of Poker Main Event runner-up, came into the day with 185,500 chips and was able to increase that more than tenfold by the end of Day 2. Right behind Williams on the leaderboard is another Main Event runner-up, Dario Sammartino, with 1,870,000 in second place. In third coming into Day 3 is Joey Couden with 1,695,000.
