Full Tilt Poker: si avvicina il momento del rimborso
Tanti players nostrani e non aspettavano questo momento da oltre un anno, cioè da quando Full Tilt Poker, a causa del Black Friday, chiuse i battenti: il rimborso dei soldi bloccati sui conti, secondo l'accordo stretto con il Dipartimento di Giustizia USA (DOJ) avverrà entro il 6 Novembre, data chiave in cui dovrebbe anche esserci la riapertura della room. Tanti giocatori però, confidano nel rimborso già prima di quella data, che abbiamo detto essere il termine ultimo per tutti i pagamenti.
E nella giornata di ieri, a tutti i giocatori (sia italiani che stranieri) che posseggono dei fondi bloccati sulla red room, è arrivata una mail dal servizio clienti in cui si richiede la documentazione necessaria per identificare ogni singolo giocatore.
Ed ecco il testo completo della mail:
Dear xxxxx,
As you are aware, Full Tilt Poker is preparing to re-launch by November 6th, 2012.
Action Required: You will need to verify your identity to access your account.
In the interest of account security and in accordance with the anticipated Isle of Man regulatory requirements,you are required to verify your identity.
Providing valid documentation now will ensure that your account is fully verified and active upon re-launch. Once relaunch and system testing has completed, you will have unrestricted access to your Full Tilt Poker account, including all cashier functionality and poker games.
Please reply to this email, attaching the following documents:
Document 1: Photo ID
Valid driver’s license OR passport OR other government-issued ID which clearly shows your birth date and the ID’s issue or expiry date. In order to verify your photo ID, we must be able to clearly see the following:
The front and back of the document
Your complete name
Your date of birth
The expiry date of the documentation
Country of issue
A clear photo
Document 2: Address verification
To verify your address on file, we require that you submit one of the following: Bank or credit card statement, Utility bill, Mobile or home phone bill, Home or vehicle insurance papers, Lease, Title deed,Insurance bill, Pay slip.
Your address verification documentation must meet the following requirements:
It must be clearly dated (within the last 90 days).
It must display your full name and home address.
It must clearly display the issuing company’s letterhead, stamp or official logo.
We cannot accept personal letters or online statements.
Note: Your attachments may be scanned copies or high quality digital photographs of your original documents.

In parole povere, i vertici di Full Tilt chiedono ai singoli giocatori di inviare via email la copia leggibile di un documento d'identità e di una qualsiasi bolletta, estratto conto, etc. che attesti la residenza per verificare l'autenticità del conto e della persona stessa. Solo espletando queste richieste si potrà tornare in possesso dei propri soldi. Insomma, rispetto alla precedente gestione della red room in cui la burocrazia era l'ultimo dei problemi, stavolta si vogliono prendere tutte le precauzioni del caso affinchè non succedano altri "disastri", e ciò avverrà solo grazie a queste procedure di sicurezza.
