Robbie Verspui

It's safe to say that Robbie Verspui has played about 5% of the pots at today's final table, but he just took a nice one off Jonathan Spinks.

Spinks just called from the small blind and Verspui checked in the big blind. The flop was {7-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and Spinks checked. Verspui bet 35,000 and Spinks made the call.

The turn was the {2-Clubs} and both players checked. The river came the {7-Clubs} and Spinks bet 68,000. Verspui then re-raised all in for 481,000 total. Spinks looked as if he was going to call, but ended up laying it down and Verspui moved to 670,000.

Badecker Plays Table Captain

Livello 5 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Erik Cajelais and Robbie Verspui are the short stacks now as Andrew Badecker is opening almost every pot as we hit the end of the level. With Jon Spinks staying out of the way and Dan Makowsky content to slow down for a bit, Badecker has really chipped up over the end of this level, though he was stopped in his tracks in the last hand when he made it 50,000 only for Makowsky to three bet to 150,000 in the small blind.
