Harman's Hand Holds

Jennifer Harman just eliminated another player when her pat {j-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{2-} held against his {8-}{5-}{4-}{2-} draw. She seems to be in a good groove as she won the next hand with a three-bet before the draw as well.

Negreanu Busts Opponent

When we reached his table, Daniel Negreanu had an opponent all in for roughly 19,000 chips. {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-} was spread in front of Kid Poker, his opponent's hand was in the muck, and Negreanu raked in the pot.

Oliver Pulls a Straight

Livello 6 : 250/500, 125 ante

A player in early position opened to 2,000, Chris Oliver moved all in for 16,850 from the hijack seat, and his opponent called.

Oliver's opponent stayed pat with a ninety-seven, and Oliver drew one with {6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}. Unfortunately he drew a {5-} for a straight, and was sent to the rail.

Smith Finds Action

Livello 6 : 250/500, 125 ante

Action folded around to the blinds, and Dan Smith opened to 2,000. Steve Zolotow defended his big, and he took two cards. Smith was pat, and he checked to let Zolotow bet 3,500 before raising to 12,000. A puzzled look came across Zolotow's face, and he spent some time considering before announcing the call.

Smith tabled {9-} {7-} {6-} {3-} {2-}, and it was good. Smith is back up to 46,000, and Zolotow falls back to about half of that with 23,100.

Grospellier Up, Alioto Down

Betrand "ElkY" Grospellier opened to 1,200 from early position, and the action folded all the way to Dario Alioto who called in the big blind. Both players discarded one card, and Alioto led for 2,500. Grospellier snapped it off, and Alioto just threw his hand into the muck.

Grospellier was forced to show his hand - {9-}{8-}{6-}{3-}{2-} - and scooped the pot.

Isra Triples Up

Livello 6 : 250/500, 125 ante

Roland Isra open-shoved for 4,300 from under the gun. The action folded to Greg Raymer who called on the button, and Shaun Deeb isolated to 15,825 from the small blind. Raymer folded.

Deeb drew one, breaking a queen and showing {9-}{4-}{7-}{3-}. Isra drew two, and opened {8-}{7-}{2-}. Deeb immediately flipped his card over - a {j-} - and Isra sweat it out. The first card he turned over was also a {j-} (what a great sweat), and the second was a {6-} to give him a jack-eight!

Isra scooped, tripling to 13,000, while Deeb is still comfortably above starting stack.

Tilly Exits

Livello 6 : 250/500, 125 ante

In early position, Jennifer Tilly shoved her last 7,225 into the middle, and she was called by Alex Balandin, Jon Turner, and the player in the small blind.

Everyone took one card except Tilly who stood pat. After the draw, the small blind check-folded, Balanadin bet all in for 16,800, and Turner called.

Balandin showed a {7-} {6-} {4-} {3-} {2-}, and it was good. Turner showed {8-} {7-} {5-} {4-} {2-} as the chips were pushed away from him. Tilly mucked her hand, but the table asked to see it after she'd walked away. It was {J-} {9-} {7-} {X-} {X-}, and it was the last hand of her day.
