The PokerNews Live Reporting Team are back, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for another big day here at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino for Day 2 of the 18th event of the World Series of Poker!

Yesterday's starting field of 3,157 players was the single-largest Day 1 in WSOP history, but only 490 players will be returning today, headed up by Kenny Nguyen, who tops the chip counts with 110,600. Jonathan Lane, Aneris Adomkevicius, Stuart Stone and David Briedis are also part of that 100K Club and we'll be keeping a close eye on their progress throughout.

There are also plenty of big names returning to the felt, including Scotty Nguyen, Erick Lindgren, Chris Moorman, Jean-Robert Bellande, Erica Schoenberg and Costa Rican Team PokerStars Pro Humberto Brenes.

The cards were originally scheduled to get in the air at 2.30pm PST (GMT -7), but we have been advised by the tournament staff that this has been pushed out by at least 30 minutes. Please stay with us - we'll be underway soon!
