From early position, Gian Carlos Oliveri raised it up to 35,000 and from late position, Dejuante Alexander re-raised all in for 180,000. Oliveri made the call and flipped over {9-}{9-}. Alexander hung his head and flipped over {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} to be way behind.

The board ran out {J-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Alexander hit the rail. Oliveri is now up to 500,000 after the elimination.

Two more eliminations and we will have an unofficial final table.

Martin Doubles through Schaaf

Livello 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Gian Carlos Oliveri raised to 38,000 from middle position. Both Alex Martin and Lex Veldhuis called in position before James Schaaf three bet to 150,000 from the small blind. Oliveri folded but Martin moved all in for 654,000 total. Veldhuis folded and Schaaf went deep into the tank. After a few minutes he decided to call but was upset to see his {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} behind the {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} of Martin.

The board ran out a sweat free {j-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} and Martin doubled up. At the break, he is our chip leader with 1.985.

Somerville Climbing Back Up

Shane Rose raised it up to 35,000 on the button and Jason Somerville called from the big blind.

The flop came {J-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} and Somerville checked. Rose bet out for 50,000 and Somerville made the call.

The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and Somerville again checked. This time, Rose bet out 100,000 and Somerville elected to call again.

The river was the {4-Spades} and Somerville checked for the third time. Rose took his time, but eventually checked behind. Somerville showed {8-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for the turned straight and Rose mucked.

Somerville has finally hit the 1,000,000 chip mark and Rose is now sitting with 700,000

Conway Doubles Through Martin

Livello 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

With just 276,000 left, Thomas Conway moved all in from the cutoff. It folded to Alex Martin in the big blind who squeezed his cards and made the call.

Conway: {6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Martin: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

The flop was {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{k-Diamonds} and the outcome looked bleak for Conway. He needed a Six or Seven while avoiding the pair and gut-shot straight redraw outs of Martin. Running diamonds would get him there as well. The turn paired his six with the {6-Spades}, leaving Martin ten outs to get us down to 11 players. The river was the {6-Clubs} and Conway will stay alive. He now has 575,000 while Martin is on a skid down to 1,200,000.
