Lady Luck Strikes Radoja on River

Livello 2 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Marc Inizan feeling some pain after that one!
Marc Inizan feeling some pain after that one!

Mark Radoja has just been blessed by the poker gods after finding a two-outer river to stay alive.

Holding {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} for his last 136,200, Radoja was unfortunately up against Marc Inizan and his {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}.

Up until the river with the board reading {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Spades}, Radoja would need to spike one of those last ladies, and as ... lady luck would have it ... the {Q-Diamonds} landed on the river to see him soar to 285,000 while sending Inizan down to 56,000 in chips.

Luke Staudenmaier Eliminated in 26th Place ($13,368)

Livello 2 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Catching the action on the turn with the board reading {k-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{J-Spades}, Jordan "Jymaster11" Young fired out a bet of 6,900 only to have Luke "IWEARGOGGLES" Staudenmaier bump it to 17,200 from the button.

Young opting to slide out a three-bet to 32,600 and Staudenmaier made the call as the river landed the {10-Clubs}.

Young announced a bet of 200,000 as Staudenmaier went into the tank to deliberate. "I didn't snap so I obviously don't have a boat" announced Staudenmaier before contemplating a decision for a little longer.

Eventually Staudenmaier would make the call for slightly less then what Young had bet, and when Young tabled his {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}, Staudenmaier mucked while bowing out to the rail in 26th place as Young climbs to 490,000 in chips.

Jason Young Eliminated in 28th Place ($13,368)

Jason Young found himself all in for just the 400-chip ante from the small blind. Jeffrey Gross limped the button only to have James Akenhead bump it to 7,900 to force Gross to fold.

Young: {Q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Akenhead: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The board was spread {7-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{6-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} to see Young fall in 28th place while leaving their table three-handed.

Dan O'Brien Eliminated in 29th Place ($13,368)

Dan O'Brien - 29th Place
Dan O'Brien - 29th Place

We missed the action, but are being told Dan O'Brien and Jordan Young got into a preflop raising war, which ended with O'Brien shoving his last 40,000 into the middle. Young called.

O'Brien: {5-}{5-}
Young: {Q-Spades}{7-Spades}

The flop left Young with queens and sevens and O'Brien didn't improve - sending him to the rail.

Inizan Seek Snowmen Double

Livello 2 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Yasuhiro Waki opened to 7,300 from the button with Mark Radoja making the call before Marc Inizan pushed all in from the big blind for 101,000. Waki tank-folded, but Radoja made the call.

Radoja: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Inizan: {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

With Inizan in the lead and all in for his tournament life, the {K-Spades}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades}{10-Spades} board would see his snowmen hold as he moves to 220,000 while Radoja crashes down to 135,000 in chips.

Orson Young Eliminated in 30th Place ($13,368)

Orson Young is the next casualty in today's tournament.

Holding {A-Spades}{2-Spades} against Nikita Lebedev's {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}, the final board of {3-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{J-Diamonds} saw Young weak ace unable to best Lebedev's superior hand, and consequently force him to the rail in 30th place as Lebedev moves to 375,000 in chips.
