Steve Landfish raised on the button and received a call from Sergey Rybachenko in the small blind and also from the player in the big. Action checked to Landfish on the flop, and he obliged his opponents with a bet. Rybachenko made the call and then the big blind put in a check-raise. Landfish fired back, Rybachenko, and the big blind four-bet. The other players made the call and watched the appear on the turn.
Rybachenko checked, the big blind bet, and again the other players made the call. When the peeled off on the river, action checked to Landfish and he put out a bet. Both his opponent made the call, only to muck when Landfish revealed for two pair.
Nick Schulman who recently moved to this table raised from the cutoff. David Baker, who was subject to a one round penalty following dinner for leaving the table prematurely on the last hand before break when the action wasn’t on him yet, re-raised from the button. Schulman called and check-raised when the flop came out. Baker made the call and then called Schulman’s bets on the turn and river. Schulman turned over for top pair which was good as Baker mucked.
Darren Woods, fresh off his win in Event #19 $2,500 Limit Hold'em/Six Handed, has managed to turn his day around and is now among the chip leaders. After having been short stacked and all in just a few hours ago, Woods is now up to over 200K.
In one hand, Tom McCormick raised from early position only to have Woods three-bet from the small blind. The player in the big blind woke up with a four-bet, and both his opponents made the call. Woods was first to act when the flop came down , and he quickly checked. The big blind put out a bet, McCormick raised all in for 4,500, and Woods made the call. The big blind completed and Woods called that as well.
Woods proceeded to check-call a bet on the turn, and then led out on the river. The big blind called that bet and Woods rolled over for a flopped set. The big blind quickly mucked and McCormick sheepishly revealed before making his way to the exit.
Issac Haxton raised in early position and Daniel Negreanu called in the cutoff. Everyone else folded, and the two went heads up to a flop of . Haxton check called, and the turn came the . Haxton once again check called, and the river came the , and for the third time, Haxton check called. Negreanu turned up , and Haxton looked surprised as he mucked. Negreanu jumped back up to 200,000 after the hand after dropping down to 180,000 before.
Daniel Negreanu raised from the hijack and ran into the Russian force known as Sergey Rybachenko, who three-bet from the button. The blinds got out of the way while "Kid Poker" made the call. The action then went check-bet-raise-reraise-call on the flop, leading to the turn. Suprisingly both players checked, as they did on the river.
Negreanu showed for a missed flush draw. Rybachenko then showed for a missed flush draw of his own, but it was his king that made the difference and gave him the hand.

Both players checked the turn, which was followed by the on the river. This time Landfish led out and Mortensen made the call. Landfish showed and it was good enough to take down the pot.
Just a couple of hands later, Landfish raised and ran into another three-bet, this time from a player in middle position. Landfish called and then check-raised a flop of . His opponent called and the spiked on the turn. A series of raises resulted in the middle-position player being all in for his last 15,500 with Landfish making the call.

Landfish's flush was well out in front, and stayed there when the blanked on the river. Landfish not only sent a player to the rail, he has managed to chip up to a respectable 170,000.
When we came to the table, the board read , and Giang had put out a bet of 6,000. Shawn Buchanan was pondering what to do with his last 9,000 chips, and he decided to put them at risk here. Giang made the call, and the players flipped their cards up.

Despite having his flopped two pair counterfeited by the queen on the turn, Giang was still in the lead, needing to dodge an ace or a king on the river. The river came the , and Giang won the hand, upping him to 170,000, while Buchanan was eliminated.
Justin "Boosted J" Smith was under the gun and put in a raise. Jennifer Harman then three-bet from the hijack, which Smith called after the blinds had folded. Smith checked the flop, but a series of bets, raises, and reraises saw Harman get all of her chips in the pot.

The man know as Boosted J had out flopped his opponent, a lead that improved when the hit the turn; however, it did give Harman an open-ended straight draw. Unfortunately for her, the river blanked and she was eliminated from the tournament.
