This is by far not the strangest of things to happen at the WSOP, but there is a bird flying and hopping around the Blue section in the Amazon room.
"Whoever the bird craps on will win this thing," someone said at a table.
Most of the field has ignored it but some are amused.

Wondering over to table 282 we found Sam Stein raking in an absurd amount of chips while Noah Schwartz's chair was vacated.
Speaking to Paul Volpe, he informed of the hand that saw Schwartz eliminated.
Stein opened to 3,000 and found one caller before Noah Schwartz three-bet the button to 13,000. Stein called, as the player in the middle folded before a 
flop fell. Stein check-called a bet roughly amounting to 17,000 as the 
landed on the turn.
Stein took the lead by pushing out 50,000 only to have Schwartz move all in for roughly an additional 70,000. Stein made the call to put Schwartz at risk.

With Schwartz trailing, but holding a million outs as the table stated, he would need any ace, six, five, three or club to take the lead.
Although the river did land a club, it was the 
which gave Stein a full house and the pot as he moved to 326,000 in chips as Schwartz was sent packing.

Brian Roberts opened to 2,800 from under the gun and action folded around to Brock Parker in the small blind. Parker called and the flop came 
. Parker checked and Roberts bet out 6,600. Parker called and the turn came

Benjamin Keiley limped in for 1,200 only to have an opponent on his immediate left make it 4,200 to go. Matthew O'Donnell made the call, as did Keiley, to see a flop fall.
Keiley checked as the original raiser fired out a continuation-bet of 9,000. O'Donnell made it 23,000 straight only to have Keiley three-bet to 57,000.
The original raiser folded, and after nearly three minutes in the tank, O'Donnell folded as well.
As Keiley raked in the pot, he moved his stack to 220,000 in chips to take the chip lead.

Eli Elezra limped in from the cutoff and Brock Parker completed from the small blind as the big blind checked his option.
Parker took the lead on the 
flop by tossing in 2,500 to force a quick fold from the big blind before Elezra followed suit by kicking his cards to the muck.
As Parker collected the pot, it sent his stack back into the six-figure club.
