David Benyamine has expressed interest in playing the $1,500 Seven Card Stud event, but has been "unsuccessful" in busting from the $5,000 No-Limit event after being all-in twice in subsequent hands.
In the first hand, Benyamine went all in from early position for 6,800. Both blinds contemplated calling, but landed on folds. Benyamine revealed the and said, "I wish someone had called me so I can play the Stud event."
Two hands later, a player in middle position raised to 1,250 and Benyamine shoved his stack in for 8,600. The middle position player called and Benyamine showed the , which was a coinflip to win against his opponent's .
The flop came , but the on the turn gave Benyamine the lead. A fell on the river, bringing Benyamine to just under 18,000.
JC Tran opened his button to 1,200 only to have the small blind move all in for 11,975. With the action on Dan Smith in the big blind, he pushed his final 9,250 into the pot as Tran quickly mucked.

With Smith in great shape to double, the flop would now leave him drawing to just one out, and when the and completed the turn and river, Smith was forced to hit the rail.

Fish was left with just 75 chips and was eliminated on the next hand.
