Chino Gets Cut Down

Chino Rheem
Chino Rheem

Action folded around to Andreas Klatt in the cutoff, who min-raised to 2,000. Chino Rheem called on the button, and Michael DeMichele called in the big blind. The flop came out {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{a-Spades}. DeMichele checked, and Klatt fired out 2,800. Rheem called fairly quickly, and DeMichele folded, leaving the players heads up. The turn came the {a-Diamonds}, and again Klatt led out, this time for 4,100. Rheem took some more time with this decision, but again decided on a call. The river brought the {10-Hearts}, and Klatt checked. Rheem thought for about 20 seconds, before throwing out a bet of 12,000. Klatt called almost immediately, and neither player seemed too anxious to show their cards. Eventually, Rheem flashed {k-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for aces and eights, and Klatt showed {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for a flush. Despite losing that hand, Rheem is up on the day from his starting stack of 71,300.

Timoshenko Takes Out Jorgensen

Livello 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Yevgeniy Timoshenko opened for 2,900 from the hi-jack and Loren Jorgensen re-raised all-in for about 18,000 from the button. The blinds folded and Timoshenko asked for a count before announcing, "Call."

Timoshenko: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Jorgensen: {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}

The board ran out {7-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Timoshenko's pair of sixes was good enough to scoop the pot and send Jorgensen to the rail.

After having took a hit a bit earlier in the level, Timoshenko is back up to 80,000.

Gates' Check-Raise Fails

After a player raised from under the gun to 3,000, action folded to Garry "Beast Mode" Gates in the small blind. Gates tanked for a bit and then made the call. The big blind folded and the flop was placed out {A-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Spades}. Gates checked to the preflop raiser and he bet 3,000. Gates thought for a little bit and then put in a check-raise to 8,300. His opponent wasted little time in moving all in and Gates quickly released his hand.

Gates with the Winner

Everyone folded over to Garry "Beast Mode" Gates on the button. Gates put in a raise to 3,000 and his only customer was the player acting out of the big blind. The two players (who battled on the hand before right before this one) took the monotone flop of {J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. The big blind checked and Gates checked.

The turn was the {J-Spades} to pair the board. After the big blind checked, Gates checked behind again and the dealer placed the {6-Clubs} out on the river. The big blind led with a bet of 4,000. "Call," said Gates about two or three seconds after the bet was placed. The big blind tabled the {6-Spades}{5-Spades} for jacks and sixes. Gates turned over the {K-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for jacks and eights. Gates' hand was the winning one and he scooped the pot.

Time For The Dealers To Stand Up

Livello 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We are on the exact money bubble now, meaning we are player hand for hand. Once a table is done with their hand, the dealer will stand up, and wait for everyone to finish. We are one elimination from the money.
