Players are busting out at a ridiculous rate. With that said, it is no surprise that many of our notable have hit the rail. Dario Minieri, Antonio Esfandiari, and Neil Channing are among the recent eliminations.
With 1,125 in the pot, Darryll Fish checked and was followed by a player in middle position. With action on the button, that player bet 675. Fish then woke up with an all-in check-raise to 4,200, prompting the middle-position player out of the pot. The button tanked for a solid minute before conceding the hand to Fish, who is up to 6,100.
Paul "X22" Magriel raised to 375 from middle position, the player on the button called, and Mike Carroll shoved all in from the small blind for a total of 1,550. Magriel folded and the button called.

Carroll looked poised to double until the flop came putting the other player solidly into the lead. The on the turn and on the river couldn't help Carroll and he was eliminated.

In a hand just before the break, the player on the button raised to 325 and Jon Zaun pushed all in from the small blind for a total of 1,650. The button hesitated a bit before deciding to call.
Zaun:

The board ran out blanks when it came and Zaun was able to double up to just above the starting stack.
We missed the hand that saw the end of Dennis Phillips day, but his tablemates were kind enough to tell us of the dramatic fashion in which he went out. Apparently Phillips went all in preflop holding none other than which was well ahead of Rusty Brooking's . Unfortunately for Phillips, Brooking flopped the joint when the flop came giving him a straight and a straight-flush draw. The turn and river were blanks and Phillips hit the rail.
