We were just pointed toward a young lady with a boatload of chips by a couple of railbirds. One of them was her boyfriend, who gave us the scoop on his girl. Hailing from Cincinnati, Cross teaches English as a second language to adults. She is currently working toward her doctorate at Indiana University and has been playing poker for a couple of years. Although she has played in a couple of small World Poker Tour events, this is her first WSOP event and she is certainly making a splash so far.
According to a railbird, Cross had taken out six or seven people in a row at the table. At last count, she had approximately 270,000. We will definitely keep an eye on her from now on and suggest that you should as well.
