Eric Mizrachi Making Most of His All-In Encounters
Eric Mizrachi Making Most of His All-In Encounters

Eric Mizrachi has been nursing a short stack throughout the latter stages of Day 2, but after his latest double up he can breathe a little easier. After a player in middle position raised before the flop, Mizrachi pushed all-in for 32,000 more and was called by the initial bettor, who tabled the {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}.

The {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} held by Mizrachi needed help to improve and that help arrived in the form of a {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop. A {J-Hearts} on the turn provided his opponent four additional outs in the form of a gutshot straight draw, but a {6-Hearts} on the river was a blank and Mizrachi had doubled up. He now sits with just under 72,000 chips.
