Livello 13 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 7,500 ante

Michael Lang opened to 15,000 on the button and was called by Chris Brewer in the big blind.

Both players took one card with Brewer then checking to Lang who tossed out 30,000. Brewer quickly called and was shown a nine-eight by Lang. It was no good, however, as Brewer held a better nine-eight with 9x8x5x4x2x to take a sizable pot off of his opponent.

Scheduling Change

Livello 13 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 7,500 ante

Due to the delayed start, the dinner break has been moved up to the end of this level rather than at the conclusion of Level 14. In addition, while the plan had been to whittle the field down to five players, that never appeared to be a realistic outcome and, as expected, the tournament director has announced that the day will end after Level 17.
