Matthew Davenport was seen on his way to the payout desk when he couldn't beat the A♥4♣ of Robert Saffran on a board of A♦7♥3♣Q♠Q♥. "Snap call? You had a soul read on him ..." another player at the table chimed in.
Shortly after, Henning Wendlandt had opened and Rene Majed three-bet to 100,000 with around 230,000 behind in the blinds. Wendlandt then pushed for 377,000 and Majed eventually called, grabbed his phone and recorded the showdown.
Rene Majed: K♦Q♥
Henning Wendlandt: A♦K♥
The ace-kicker prevailed on a board of J♥J♦4♥K♣6♠ and Majed was knocked out.
"I miss-clicked preflop and raised to high. He has also been doing some weird shit before," Majed said on his way out.
Last but not least, Halil Coknez was all-in with a short stack on the button holding the K♣9♣. Samuel Mullur in the hijack was ahead with A♥Q♠ but Coknez got there on the J♠J♦9♦4♦9♥ runout.
Ilie Smintanca-Januszewski moved all in for 150,000 from middle position before Blaz Zerjav moved his shorter stack of 88,000 in as well on the button. The blinds got out the way and the cards were turned up.
Zerjav stood up as soon as he saw the 2♣A♠4♣ flop, which left Smintanca-Januszewski squarely in front. The 8♥ turn and 4♠ river changed nothing, as Zerjav was sent to the payout desk.
Action was three ways to the turn of a board showing 3♥J♥7♥7♦, with Yuzhou Yin checking in the small blind. Johan De Clercq fired 62,000 in the big blind and Sefora Pop made the call from under the gun.
Yin also called to the 3♦ river, where action was checked to Pop. She quickly tossed out a bet of 150,000. Yin did not take long to make the call, while De Clercq announced fold as he showed K♥8♥ for a flopped flush.
Pop turned over A♣7♣ for a full house, adding a big chunk to her stack as Yin mucked.
Samuel Mullur opened to 16,000 before Maurice Nass moved all in to his left. Gael Dirig made the call in the big blind, while Mullur got out of the way.
Maurice Nass: Q♠Q♦
Gael Dirig: A♥J♥
Nass was in good shape to double up and his pocket queens held up through the 9♥10♦8♦3♠K♠ runout to double up and leave Dirig short.
Sefora Pop opened to 32,000 in early position and was called by Vlad Darie. Henning Wendlandt then three-bet to 132,000 before Samuel Mullur moved all in for his last 158,000.
Pop made the call, as did Wendlandt after Darie got out of the way.
Pop then moved all in on the Q♠6♠3♣ flop, with Wendlandt making a frustrated fold.
Samuel Mullur: A♠Q♥
Sefora Pop: A♣K♦
Pop had out-flopped Mullur and held on the 9♣7♣ runout to add more chips to her growing stack.
