Picking up the action on fifth, Violette fired out and Chen made the call, the same pattern being repeated on sixth and seventh and Violette immediately flipped her full house to scoop another pot. Not the best of starts for Bill Chen so far.
Pat Pezzin completed and called Bill ‘Bumpereno’ Munley’s raise afterwards. On both fourth and fifth, Pezzin bet only to get raised by Munley which he called. On sixth and seventh, Pezzin check-called Munley’s bets. Munley turned over trips and won the pot as Pezzin mucked.
Jeff Lisandro completed and Frank Kassela raised. Lisandro re-raised and Kassela made the call. On fourth and fifth street Lisandro bet and Kassela called. On sixth Lisandro check-called Kassela’s bet but check-folded on seventh as Kassela took down the pot.
Justin Smith brought in and Ted Forrest and Alexander Kostritsyn both called. On fourth, Smith and Kostritsyn both checked to Forrest who bet. Kostritsyn got out of the way but Smith called and bet after Forrest checked on fifth. Forrest made the call and check-called Smith’s bet on sixth. Both players checked seventh and Smith showed a pair of Jacks in the hole which were good for the pot.
Opponent 1 had the bring in, Nikolay Evdakov completed and the other three players called. On all proceeding streets Opponent 2 bet and Evdakov called with Opponents 1 and 3 having folded on fourth.
Opponent 2 announced “fives” which was the pair he was showing. Evdakov turned over his hole cards for a pair of sixes which was one notch higher than his opponent’s pair and was good for the pot.
Alex Kravchenko's opponent raised with an ace after the brought in and the Russian made the call while everyone else folded. The other player took the lead and fired out on fourth and fifth street but Kravchenko raised on the latter. The call quickly followed as did a bet/call on sixth. Kravchenko's opponent raised his bet on seventh but the Russian made it three bets and quickly got called.
Kravchenko then flipped his full house to ship the pot.
We caught up with the action on fifth street where all three players checked. On sixth, the opponent bet and both other players called. On Seventh, it was checked to Bill Munley who bet and only the opponent called. The opponent announced “8s and 5s” but Munley showed a higher two pair with jacks and sevens and won another pot.
By seventh street, the pot was three handed and Dwan fired out a bet, one player folded but the other raised, Dwan called and said, "I have a flush," but his opponent turned over his cards and replied, "I have a full house," to win the pot.
