Kirill Gerasimov was short stacked and went with his buried queens, but needed to dodge a ton of outs as Hernan Salazar picked up a ton of outs to a chop and a scoop on fourth street. Salazar made a low on sixth street and followed that up by making a straight on seventh to scoop the entire pot, ending Gerasimov's tournament.

It was checked to Sexton on fourth street and he bet with Urban and Viox both calling, but on fifth Urban led out and both players called. Sexton led out on sixth and Urban raised, Viox tanked and folded and Sexton quickly called off the rest of his stack showing a flush and a made seven low. Urban needed to house up just to chop the pot and he failed to do so allowing Sexton to more than double.
All in on fourth street, Cyndy Violette hoped for her pair of jacks to survive against Tony Ma's low draw. While Ma didn't make a low, he backdoored into trip threes to take the pot and eliminate Violette in 15th place.
Cory Zeidman managed to get Mike Sexton to fold his split kings on fifth and went heads up against Wheatley's trip nines freerolling a straight draw. Zeidman hit his straight on sixth street and Wheatley couldn't boat up and was eliminated in 16th place as a result.
