Positive Energy

Daniel Negreanu shakes Can Kim Hua's hand after busting him

Flop: {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{a-Spades}.

Can Kim Hua tossed out 3,000, another player called, and Daniel Negreanu moved all in, having both opponents covered. Hua called all in for around 20,000, the third player folded, and the hands were tabled.

Negreanu: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Hua: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

The ESPN crew scurried to the stage as Negreanu stood from his chair. "He has like seven-thousand outs," he shouted to the crowd.

The pro-Negreanu crowd was calling for cards and shouting words of encouragement to the Canadian pro.

"I can't do anything now," Negreanu smiled back at them.

The dealer finally rapped the table, and delivered the turn card. It was red, however the {3-Diamonds} was a brick.

"Three is good," Negreanu announced. "Jack would be better."

Hua was down to one last card, and the {4-Clubs} was no help. He stood from his chair to shake Negreanu's hand, as a chorus of cheers and claps rained down upon the main stage. Hua exited, and Negreanu sat back down, wiping his brow.

"There was too much positive energy for you there," tablemate Tommy Le added after the hand. "That poor guy was drawing dead."
