Giuseppe Pastura raised to 50,000 in middle position and Matthew Kay three-bet it to 135,000 total in late position. Pastura then re-popped it to 375,000 and Kay made the call as the two saw a 
flop roll off. Pastura fired a massive bet of 400,000 and Kay tanked for a couple of minutes before he laid his hand down.
