We just saw Andre Akkari stack an opponent. The board read 
and the other player shoved. Akkari quickly made the call and showed for a full house. His opponent actually held for a full house as well but it was an inferior one and he hit the rail.

We recently passed by Scotty Nguyen's table and observed that he was visibly upset. He folded his hand and stated "If I pick up one more hand like that I'm going to go play blackjack."
When the next hand was dealt Nguyen was in the small blind. A few players limped into the pot and action was on Nguyen who looked at his hand and yelled "I told you!" and mucked his hand even though it was only 25 chips to complete his small blind. We're guessing the "Prince of Poker" hasn't seen many good hands today.
He currently sits just below the starting stack at 2,850.

We caught up with the action on a flop of 
. Jeff Shulman bet 225 and a player in late postion called. the 
came on the turn and Shulman bet 600 only to have the other player go all in. Shulman opted to fold leaving himself 875 in chips.

We just caught a hand where a player was all in on a board reading

for two pair but was drawing completely dead to Chris Schussman's

After the hand Schussman had around 4,500.
We just spotted WSOP Circuit Champion Ian Wiley in the field. His stack was around 5,000.

We just witnessed a Russian player having a seizure. Approximately six Rio security guards rushed to the scene. A friend of the player also came over so he could help translate. The paramedics arrived shortly afterwards and were taking care of the player.
