William Stanford opened to 100,000 from the hijack, and Fabrice Bigot raised most of his stack, leaving himself just a couple thousand behind.

James Vecchio then shoved himself on the button, having both players covered. Both blinds folded, and both Standord and Bigot called to be put at risk.

Petleshkov's Big Slick Finds a Double Up

Jesse Lonis opened the action to 115,000 from the cutoff and it folded to Viliyan Petleshkov in the big blind who moved all in for 560,000. Lonis went deep in the tank, but after close to a minute, made the call to put Petleshkov at risk.

While winning a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet is one of the greatest accomplishments a poker player can achieve, many of the greatest and most successful players in the game have yet to put one on their wrists.

PokerNews has had a decent track record with highlighting players without bracelets who have gone on to win them. Jason Koon won a maiden bracelet in 2021 after making the "Best Without a Bracelet" list that year, while Dan Smith and Alex Foxen both found bracelets in 2022 to be removed from that year's list.

With the 2023 WSOP happening now, here's a look at some of the best players who have yet to add a World Series bracelet to their long lists of accolades.

Brockmann Doubles Through Chen

The flop came 10♣8♣7♥ and Brockmann went all in for 470,000. Chen called to put Brockmann at risk and hands were tabled.

Ghaneian Raises Grech Out

Arash Ghaneian and Zachary Grech were both in for 180,000 a piece preflop.

Ghaneian check-called a 110,000 bet from the small blind against Grech, who was on the button, on the 2♠6♠J♦ flop.

The 3♣ came on the turn and Ghaneian checked again — prompting an 80,000 bet from Grech. This time, Ghaneian raised to 500,000 and Grech quickly let his hand go.

Lonis Takes Big Pot From Chen

In a heads-up pot with roughly 400,000 in the middle on a board showing K♦J♠8♠A♣, Jesse Lonis bet out 260,000 from under the gun and James Chen made the call from the hijack.

On the 8♥ river Lonis kept up the aggression with a bet of 570,000 and Chen went deep in the tank. After close to a minute of thought, Chen reluctantly folded and the pot was sent to Lonis.

As Lonis scooped in the chips he showed the Q♠ to leave Chen guessing if he made the right decision.
