Ellianne Munoz had just been telling PokerNews that it was time for her to double up. She went as far as saying that someone was going to try to bully her big blind and she would wake up with a hand and punish them.
Sure enough, Ninos Awraham obliged and opened in early position. When it came to Munoz in the big blind, she did shove and perhaps Awraham thought he was either too short to fold or that Munoz was just putting on a show, as he made the call.
Ninos Awraham: A♠10♠
Ellianne Munoz: 10♣10♥
Munoz's prophecy seemed to be coming true, as she was in excellent shape before the flop brought K♠9♠K♦. Awraham then had a flush draw to go with his over card, but Munoz seemed confident when the 4♦ peeled the turn.
The dealer put the 7♠ up on the river and Munoz could hardly believe it when she was forced to double up her opponent. She was even more let down that a player out of the hand had called the clock on her preflop, despite her not taking too long with her action.

Kevin Martin had his queens cracked by the ace-jack of Michael Young, which left him with about 1,500,000 in chips.
Just one hand later it folded to him in the small blind and he went all in, but his opponent did fold.
When it folded to Martin on the button the hand after that he went all in again for about 1,800,000 and the big blind made the call.
Kevin Martin: A♥3♣
Jonathan Edmondson: A♣4♣
Martin pulled out his phone to document the moment and went on to say he was just looking for a chop, as he wasn't a greedy man.
The flop was a sweat as rolled, Q♣7♣J♦, to which Martin said, "We need high cards that are not a club!" His wish came true on the turn when the K♠ appeared, but the wind was taken from his sails when the 6♣ fell on the river, delivering the final blow.
Edmondson won the pot with his flush, shook hands with Martin, and said, "I had your number today..." as he shrugged and wished his opponent well.

Darrick Arreola raised 500,000 in the hijack and Colin Robinson three-bet 1,325,000 on the button. The blinds quickly got out of the way and Arreola eventually made the call.
When the 6♣5♠5♦ flop hit the felt, Arreola check-folded to a bet of 850,000. Arreola showed the A♦ as he mucked his second card and Robinson showed Q♥Q♦.

Darrick Arreola: 8x8x

On the turn of Q♣9♣8♠10♣, Both Daewoong Song and his opponent put 650,000 in each.
The 3♦ hit the river and Song checked to his opponent who fired 750,000. Song thought about it for a few seconds and tossed in the call.
"Good call," said his opponent, as he showed A♣5♦ for a busted flush draw.
Song tabled K♦10♦ to pull in the pot with a pair of tens.

James Rann raised in late position and was met with an all-in bet from Allen Cunningham for about 2,500,000. Rann called and put Cunningham at risk.
Allen Cunningham: A♥3♥
James Rann: A♦Q♥
The flop left Rann in the lead when it scrolled across, 6♥9♦8♦ and nothing changed when the K♠ fell, leaving Cunningham looking for a three but the A♣ fell instead. Rann's kicker played to award him the pot, as both players made top pair on the river.
Cunningham was met with fist bumps from the table, as the five-time bracelet winnner was well recognized.
