Giorno 2 completo
Day 2 of Event #74: $1,000 Mini Main Event No-Limit Hold'em has come to an end. The day started with 428 players returning out of a starting field of 5,257. By day's end, only five players remained, each locking up a guaranteed payout of at least $147,129 with a first-place prize of $549,555 paired with the coveted World Series of Poker gold bracelet awaiting the winner.
French player Jérémy Oleon is leading the final table with 98,100,000. Oleon jumped to the top of the leaderboard near the end of the day when he eliminated Marius Iftimia, in a hand where he had Iftimia dominated with pocket eights against ten-eight suited.
Rounding out the final five are Oliver Berens (63,300,000), Bradley Gafford (18,400,000), Josh Reichard (55,900,000), and Jennifer Abad (80,000,000).

Two time WSOP bracelet winner Timur Margolin fell in 15th place ($26,767) when Fabrizio Nutzel called his all in from the big blind and found two pair.
The final five players will return on Tuesday, July 4th at 12 p.m. local time to the Paris Purple section to play down to a winner. The event will resume at Level 42 with blinds of 1,500,000/3,000,000 with a big blind ante of 3,000,000.

Play has come to an end today and the five remaining players have bagged their chips.
Play will start tomorrow at noon local time at Paris Purple. A full recap of the days events follows shortly.
Marius Iftimia moved all in from under the gun for 8,400,000 and was called by Jérémy Oleon on the button.
Marius Iftimia: 10♥8♥
Jérémy Oleon: 8♦8♠
Iftimia was drawing pretty thin with only an over and a one-gap-suited connector. Iftimia completely whiffed the board of K♣7♣3♠A♣3♥ and Oleon took the pot with his pocket eights, sending the Romanian to the rail who came to the final table with only four big blinds and did remarkably well to ladder up to sixth place.
