Baker on Fumes After Clash With Rodrigues

Michael Rodrigues raised in middle position and was met with a three-bet by David "Bakes" Baker in the hijack. Rodrigues called and drew two, while baker needed just one card.

Rodrigues then check-called a bet from Baker and each player now drew one.

They checked the next street to go to the final draw where Rodrigues now stood pat while Baker still needed a card.

Rodrigues bet and Baker called, with Rodrigues showing 7x6x5x3x2x, which was more than enough for the win.

Baker Doubles Twice

In the first hand, Baker was all in pre-draw from the big blind and ended up doubling up through Benny Glaser with a jack-low after Glaser paired his nine on the final draw.

In the next hand, Michael Rodrigues raised on the button and Baker went all-in from the small blind. Julien Martini then made it three bets to go from the big blind and Rodrigues folded.

After the first two draws, Martini stood pat on the end with a 9x7x6x3x2x. Baker held the 9x5x4x2x and caught a 3x on his last draw to double up again.

Glaser Drops Back-To-Back Pots

Glaser led out with a bet and then patted his hand after Rodrigues called. Rodrigues drew one card.

Glaser bet again and got another call, remaining pat, but Rodrigues now stood pat as well.

The players checked the end, with Rodrigues showing Glaser 8x7x5x3x2x for a winner, dropping Glaser below three million chips for the first time in a while.
