Event #55: $1,500 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better
Giorno 2 completo
After ten levels of play, Day 2 of Event #55: $1,500 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better has come to a close at the 2023 World Series of Poker at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.
James Cheung ended the day as the chip leader, bagging an impressive stack of 1,805,000 to finish the day.
Not far behind him is Kao Saechao (1,250,000) and Patricia Yannuzzi (1,240,000) to round out the top three stacks in the room at the end of the night.
Other notable players to bag and tag include Mike Matusow (890,000) and Brian Rast (870,000). Matusow as four WSOP bracelets to his name, although he last captured some poker hardware in 2013, a decade ago. "The Mouth" will be hopeful that his fifth cash of the 2023 WSOP results in him ending his bracelet drought.

Kevin Chance: 3♥5♥5♦/7♠10♠7♣4♦
Action was picked up on fifth street. Kao Saechao had fired a bet and Kevin Chance was debating whether or not to call off with his final chips.
"I hope you don't have a third queen" Chance said as he made the call.
"I do" Saechao replied, tabling trip queens.
Saechao stayed ahead with his trip queens on sixth and seventh. Chance had outs to chop with a low but ultimately ended up with two pair, fives and threes for an inferior high hand, resulting in his elimination.
