Adam Friedman Eliminated in 11th Place ($23,572)

Livello 14 : Blinds 0/0, 4,000 ante
Adam Friedman
Adam Friedman

After three players folded before him, Ivan Ermin moved all in from the cutoff and the action was then on Adam Friedman.

"Uhmm, ok, I'm going to need a count," he announced after he looked at his cards.

"Alright, I don't have much, but I'm probably going to gamble," Friedman said, and a few seconds later he made the call to put himself at risk.

Adam Friedman: K10
Ivan Ermin: J10

"Jack!" Ermin shouted as he stood up, and the dealer complied by putting out a flop of J89.

"Can he ask for that?" Freidman asked the dealer sarcastically as she set out the turn 8.

The 9 on the river did not change anything and Ermin was awarded the pot while Friedman was eliminated in 11th place.

Zamani Correctly Gives Up

Livello 13 : Blinds 0/0, 3,000 ante

John Juanda limped from early position, as did Hongwei Yu to his direct left and Wai Kiat Lee in the hijack. Martin Nielsen raised from cutoff to 33,000 and Martin Zamani on the button called. Both Juanda and Yu folded and Lee elected to see a flop.

On a board of K109, Lee checked and Nielsen bet out 33,000. Zamani responded with a raise to 120,000; Lee folded and Nielsen called.

The 10 turn checked through to the 8 on the river. Nielsen checked to Zamani who verbalised he was giving up on the pot, and decided to check back. Nielsen tabled K10 for a full house.

Sasaki Rivers Flush To Score Pot

Livello 13 : Blinds 0/0, 3,000 ante

In a three-way pot with close to 80,000 in the middle on a board showing AK89, Sam Soverel led out from under the gun for 38,000 and both Nobuaki Sasaki in middle position and Adam Friedman on the button made the call.

The river fell the 10 and all three players checked their options. Soverel announced "two pair," but was no good when Sasaki tabled Q9 for a rivered flush to scoop the pot.

Nielsen Shoves on Zamani

Livello 13 : Blinds 0/0, 3,000 ante

Martin Zamani made it 22,000 to go and only Martin Nielsen made the call to see the flop of 9AJ, which both players checked.

On the turn J, Nielsen led out for 50,000 but then Zamani raised him to 130,000. After using a time bank, Nielsen then announced he was all-in and Zamani hastily folded.

"Show the bluff, come on show it," Zamani pleaded.

"Yeah, I think he had two tens, perfect bluff," John Juanda chimed in as Nielsen raked in the pot.
